Following a rigorous selection process, our company was awarded this high-profile elevator modernization project. Given the sensitive nature of this project, the EMSD closely monitored and actively followed project milestones throughout. On the morning of Lunar New Year's Eve in 2016, all four elevators successfully passed the EMSD commissioning inspections. Official lift permits were issued that very afternoon, earning high praise from the client. Demonstrating exceptional efficiency, all six elevators in this project were manufactured and delivered to the job site within just two months. Furthermore, the first phase—encompassing the installation and commissioning of three elevators—was completed in under two months and successfully handed over for immediate use.
Following the historic "once-in-a-century" flood in October 2022, which left all elevators at Yuen Shing Building permanently damaged by water, our company treated this emergency with the highest priority. Under our efficient management, the entire process from initial contract negotiations to the official commissioning of the new elevators was completed in less than three months.
At the request of the building's Incorporated Owners, our company simultaneously undertook the replacement of 12 elevators at Man Fai Building. The entire project was completed in just 240 days, earning high praise from the client, who honored our team with a ceremonial banner in recognition of our exceptional service quality.
Following a three-alarm fire at New Lucky House in Jordan in April 2024, our company was selected to replace two of the severely impacted elevators. After a one-month contract negotiation period, the entire project—spanning custom manufacturing through to official commissioning—was completed in just two months.
In recent years, Taizoom Elevator has successfully modernized multiple 5-ton vehicle elevators with the installation of a new, high-capacity 8.5-ton vehicle elevator in 2025.
